So many thanks to our children of Yrs 6 and 5, 4 and 3, 2,1 and even Reception (which was lovely to see) and their families who made today’s Parish Carol Service such a holy yet magical occasion. The children of this school are beyond compare. They give of their own time over and over again for others and we pray that God will bless them always. Also many thanks to their dedicated teachers; Mrs Lester and Miss Thornett, Miss Greensill and Miss Meras, Mrs Hollingsworth and Miss Roberts, Mrs Irving and Miss Hodson, Miss Cartwright, Mrs Tyler and Miss Thompson, Miss Painting and Ms Coleman who all worked to bring this afternoon’s joyous event together. Finally we thank Father Craig who supports us in everything and is always open to our mad ideas (such as projecting snowflakes across the Sanctuary!). Photos to follow.

When Santa brings our children an electronic gadget that can get online he also likes it if we, the grown ups, try to keep up! (It can be a struggle!) Here’s the latest poster from the National Online Safety organisation. It says 13+ but younger children are accessing this too. #TEAMHT out on the road again, bringing some great singing to the Parish Christmas Fayre. Even at the end of a long, tiring week they gave 100% as usual- well done to you all (including 3 ex-Superstars who snuck in the end for a sing!).
