Dementia UK Fundraising Day

What an incredible Dementia UK fundraising day we had at school!

A huge thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who donated and supported our fundraising for Dementia UK. Your generosity will help provide vital support for families affected by dementia, and we are so grateful for the kindness of our school community.

The day was full of energy and smiles as the children and staff threw themselves into our Dance for Dementia UK parties. The hall was filled with music, laughter and some fantastic dance moves! We also saw lots of 'Denim for Dementia' too!

In the afternoon, we were incredibly lucky to welcome Manny Singh Kang to school - a Pride of Britain Award winner, marathon runner, devout Sikh, dedicated Dementia UK fundraiser and proud Wolves fan. Manny shared his powerful story with the children and truly inspired us all, reminding us what can be achieved through hard work, caring for others and never giving up. Manny is taking on an incredible challenge in April: walking all the way to London and then running the London Marathon in April with NO sleep to raise even more money for Dementia UK. We wish him the very best of luck and are very proud to support him. We are sure Manny and the charity would be incredibly grateful for any donations to support this amazing cause.

It has been a wonderful day, showing just how powerful it can be when a community comes together to support such an important cause.

We are so proud of our amazing children, staff and families. Thank you for helping us make a difference! 💙
