World Mental Health Day takes place on Saturday 10th October, and we will be marking this together in school on Friday 9th October. Friday will be a NON-UNIFORM DAY, and we are inviting all children and staff to wear something yellow if they can to help us raise awareness of children and young people’s mental health. Thank you to all the children and families who joined us for Mass on Sunday. We are very excited to be taking part in Manny’s Mile, supporting local fundraiser Manny Singh Kang as he takes on his incredible 50 Miles in 50 Schools challenge to raise money for Dementia UK. On Thursday 17th September, Manny will run a mile at our school and our children will take part by running, jogging, walking or cheering on as we come together to support Manny and this wonderful cause.
