Eco-Team

Our Eco-Team were out in the community on Friday, putting our Catholic Social Teaching on stewardship of creation into action with a lively and joyful litter pick. They worked with such enthusiasm and purpose, showing how small acts of care can make a big difference.

Our guide from the Wolverhampton City Council street cleansing team was full of praise for the children’s teamwork, positivity and impeccable behaviour. A kind member of the public even came out of their home to thank them personally- such a lovely moment that truly encouraged the children.

They had a wonderful time and loved knowing they were helping to keep their community clean and welcoming. All of the team said how good it felt to contribute, and they’re already looking forward to the next litter pick!
