Eco-Team and Year 6 School Councillors

This week, our Eco-Team and Year 6 School Councillors were wonderful stewards of creation as they took part in a litter pick around our local area. 

This was our contribution to the Great Big School Clean, part of Keep Britain Tidy’s annual Great British Spring Clean.

As always, the children got completely stuck in - even braving wind, rain and hail- to help make our community a cleaner, more beautiful place. Their determination and teamwork were fantastic to see!

They were even thanked by members of the public three times, which was a lovely recognition of their efforts.
